On July 10, 2017, construction began on the Liceo la Presentación preschool in the city of Sogamoso. The project consists of building a set of five blocks of one-story buildings, with a total area of approximately 1,033 square meters, intended for classrooms, a playroom, a multipurpose room, oratory and sanitary services, and the construction of a patio and parking area.

On January 18, 2017, the contract was signed between EMGESA S.A. ESP AND TELVAL S.A.S. to begin construction of the San José de Belen irrigation district, in the municipality of Garzón, Huila. This project brings progress and development to this area of the country, improving the quality of life and generating employment for its inhabitants.

Construction of apartment towers located in the city of Girardot began in January 2017. This project consists of five, 11-story towers, with elevators, 396, 58‑square-meter apartments with balconies, and 52, 55-square-meter private swimming pools for adults and children, a hotel-type lobby, social lounge, meeting room, gym, BBQ area, playground, trash room, and communal parking for cars and motorcycles.
