TELVAL S.A.S. presented its latest work, “The New Zealand Sector C School,” to the mayor’s office of Bogotá. On January 22, 2018, Mayor Enrique Peñalosa inaugurated the new school in the town of Suba as part of its Government Plan. The new, two-story school, with a total area of 4,873 square meters, has an innovative design. In November 2017, the irrigation district of San José de Belén was completed. It consists of an intake, sand remover, adduction, conduction, and discharge lines, and the irrigation system made up of irrigation and drainage channels. This work benefits residents of the rural areas of the municipalities of Garzón and Agrado of the department of Huila, promoting agricultural production and improving the quality of life for the population.

Construction began on Wine Cellar 61, located in Block 5, inside the co-owned Free Zone of Tocancipa, 1.5 km from Briceño-Zipaquirá. The winery will have a total area of 2,409.9 square meters plus two tunnels connecting it to Wine Cellar 62. The area is divided into 300 square meters for each office area on the first and second floors, and 1,809.9 square meters for the winery. Construction will last about four months.

Restoration of the Saint Joseph School finished on time and on budget. The new facility expanded the school’s capacity to accommodate nearly 1,200 children per day. The restoration project added multiple classrooms, a playroom, technology and computer rooms, as well as areas for art, dance, outdoor activities, and sports.
